Photocopier Machine Evaluation (PSYC 161: Introduction to Engineering Psychology)
Skills applied:
Task-based usability testing, Contextual inquiry

This project involved an usability evaluation of a photocopier machine at Imprints, a copy center located at UC San Diego. We conducted a task-based usability study on the photocopier machine and then created data-driven design recommendations. Our analysis focused on Nielsen's usability heuristics and other principles of human factors.
